OUR HISTORY
The Pasquali S.r.l. company was founded in the early 1950s with Vasco Pasquali in a small 300-square-meter workshop on Volano Avenue in Ferrara.

In 1967 Adriano Pasquali took over from his father and continued to invest every resource in his business, continuing the company’s development until the founding in 1998 of Pasquali S.r.l. with his children Silvia and Fabio.

OUR COMPANY TODAY
Pasquali S.r.l. is a THIRD-PARTY METALMECHANICAL COMPANY SERVING INDUSTRY with about 70 employees, operating on an area of 40.000 square meters with a 10.000-square-meter production plant.

Pasquali S.r.l invests significantly in 4.0 technological innovation with the use of 2D and 3D laser cutting machinery, robotic machinery and advanced MEASUREMENT tools used in the processing of IRON, STEEL, ALUMINIUM and other light alloys to produce METALLIC PARTICULARS.

It specializes in COLD METAL PROCESSING: 2D AND 3D LASER CUTTING OF SHEETS AND PIPES, CNC BENDING, ROBOTIZED AND MANUAL WELDING, CHIP REMOVAL, CONSTRUCTION OF MOULDS TO PERFORM BLANKING AND BENDING OF SHEETS.

OUR ORGANIZATION
The production organization in Scheduling is also managed through DYNAMIC WAREHOUSES and is UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI EN ISO 14001 certified .

Pasquali srl is distinguished by professionalism and experience, cutting-edge technologies, a large number of different types of machinery combined with a deep knowledge of the market, enabling the ‘company to meet the needs of customers from a variety of sectors.

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT:
Pasquali S.r.l. follows its customers through the systematic and formalized fulfillment of their needs and by offering any mechanical design advice at the order acquisition stage.
The company then uses collaboration and comparison tools to test customer satisfaction and work out possible changes for service improvement.

In addition, the company carries out careful and constant industry analysis so as to thus achieve continuous innovation in the search for specific, customized solutions in line with market needs.

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT:
The different stages of the processing cycle are monitored through systematic and formalized controls of production processes and logistics, both incoming and outgoing.

The dynamic warehouse method is used in the Company as a guarantee of effective work organization, structured according to the guiding principles of the quality certification system.
This process accompanies the processing cycle, starting from drawing to delivery, with constant monitoring in real time.

In 1967 Adriano Pasquali took over from his father Vasco and continued to invest every resource in his business.
In 1998 Adriano Pasquali established Pasquali Srl with his children Fabio and Silvia Pasquali, investing in technological and organizational innovation to this day.

Pasquali Srl operates on an area of 40,000 sq. m. with a 10,000 sq. m. production plant and specializes in cold PROCESSING OF IRON, STAINLESS STEEL, ALUMINIUM METALS: 2D AND 3D LASER CUTTING OF PLATE AND PIPES, CNC BENDING, ROBOTIZED AND MANUAL WELDING, THREADING, CONSTRUCTION OF MOULDERS TO PERFORM BLANKING AND BLADE-MAKING OF PLATE.

OUR ORGANIZATION
The SCHEDULE of all production processes is managed through a customized management system with an Industry 4.0 perspective.
The company is UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and 14001 2004 certified and recently also acquired UNI EN 1090-1 2+ certification
