Pasquali srl has developed and implemented a procedure that establishes how tests, checks/tests are managed upon receipt, in production and on the finished product, and ensures that all instruments used (gauges, squares, protractors, micrometers, depth gauges, durometer, etc…..) are regularly checked and subjected to calibration verification at periodic intervals.
In addition to the instruments listed above, inspections are carried out during process start-up or at the request of customers, using the Faro QUANTUM E V2.2 three-dimensional contact measuring arm.
A portable coordinate measuring machine with which precise 3D measurements can be easily acquired by probing in the metrology room or directly on the shop floor.
The measuring arm is supported by the Polyworks Inspector universal 3D metrology software platform, which allows us to run probing inspection flows with CAD and without CAD via auto-generated templates or sequences and create reports directly from 3D inspection views, snapshots and tables.
We can generate SPC process statistics, share data enterprise-wide and use it for reverse engineering tasks.
This instrument enables fast and efficient inspections, especially on welded parts, by acquiring through contact measurement surfaces with complex characteristics.
Business Organization
The company organization has established and implemented an integrated quality and environmental management system so as to continuously improve the effectiveness of processes by setting as its main goal the satisfaction of its customers, in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI EN ISO 14001, defining:
– Necessary processes;
– Sequences between them;
– Criteria and methods for verifying effective operation and control;
– Criteria for ensuring the availability of necessary resources and information;
– Criteria for monitoring, measuring and analyzing these processes;
– Actions necessary to achieve planned results to implement continuous process improvement.
