Senior management establishes, implements and maintains a Quality and Environment policy that:

  1. Is appropriate to the purpose and context of our Organization and supports its strategic directions.
  2. Form a framework for setting goals to be achieved.
  3. Focus our business on the customer, ensuring that applicable mandatory requirements and customer requirements are determined, understood and met on a regular basis to increase customer satisfaction, promoting the use of the process approach and addressing risks and opportunities arising from such actions.
  4. Include a commitment to continuous improvement of the Integrated Quality and Environment System.
  5. Implement a supportive and guiding action, towards all personnel, stimulating their active participation through adequate information and appropriate involvement, to be achieved through special meetings, in order to make the continuous improvement of the activity, the safety and health of workers, and respect for the environment, the primary objective of the Company, to be pursued at the highest level of Effectiveness and Efficiency.
  6. Comply with compliance obligations related to our activities, especially with regard to the protection of workers’ health and safety, the environment, and product quality.
  7. Implement its production activities with a view to pollution prevention.
  8. Keep outsourced processes under control by establishing specific processing and control cycles with suppliers for various processes, including packaging.
  9. Promote education/training to all personnel performing any task under the integrated Quality/Environment system.
  10. Monitor continuous improvement activities and those related to goals concerning the effectiveness of processes resulting from our activity.
  11. Set, at least once a year, specific quality and environmental goals and actions to achieve them by addressing risks and opportunities that may occur.
  12. Establish as a time for verification of the above the Management Review, carried out at least once a year, to which is added, where necessary, a six-monthly review of data on the various indicators and actions developed to address risks and opportunities.
